Site Management Models at VCS

VCS has two site management models. We hire, train and manage coordinators for these sites as part of our global integrated service. In addition to his principal investigator duties, he conducts clinical trials and provides follow-up.

Another model is the service coverage model. The research site operates semi-independently from VCS for day-to-day management, sole coordinator, but provides and manages its own quality program. Sites can choose the phase and scope of clinical trials that we can manage. Our primary work is always for the network and to ensure that the research protocols are incorporated or built into the current operation of the site.
