Clinical Research Coordinator
Chennai, Tambaram
Full-Time
Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from start to finish, including study initiation, recruitment, enrollment, data collection, and study close-out. Assist in the development and submission of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other regulatory documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, ensuring they meet all inclusion/exclusion criteria. Conduct study visits, including obtaining informed consent, collecting biological samples, and administering questionnaires. Monitor participant adherence to study protocols and manage any adverse events. Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including case report forms, source documents, and study logs. Communicate regularly with study sponsors, monitors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.Prepare for and participate in study audits and monitoring visits. Ensure that all study-related activities are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, as well as institutional and federal regulations. Provide education and support to study participants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Bachelor's degree in following field (B.Pharm, Nursing, Public Health, Life Sciences) required; Master's degree preferred. Previous experience in clinical research, particularly in a coordinator role, is highly preferred. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and FDA regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management software.

On job training with stipend will be provided, need to clear our PGDICR course. Course fee is 1.5 lakhs. During onjob training stipend will be provided -Rs 10000 for 6 Months, after that salary will be revised after job confirmation within our organisation.
